We currently only ship inside Mainland United Kingdom.

FedEx deliver Monday-Friday. If you require Saturday delivery please contact us before placing your order.

AP Kits Carriage & Packaging Costs

Standard AP Kits (kits that haven't been customised) are delivered free of charge.
If you have customised your kit, or added anything else to your order, our standard rates above apply.

Dispatch

We aim to despatch orders the same day (Monday-Friday) however this is not guaranteed. Orders that haven't been despatched the same day will usually be sent the following working day.

If an order is needed urgently the next day, this is usually possible.
We advise you contact us first to be sure you requirements are met to your satisfaction before placing your order.

Availability

If an item(s) is needed urgently, please contact us to check availability before placing your order. Some items may not be in stock and may require a lead time until they're ready to be dispatched.

Pipe Lengths Minimum Quantity

5M Lengths

During transit pipe can bend if sent under the minimum quantity requirements.
When purchased in the correct quantities, we can pack the pipework together which forms a rigid base which minimises the risk of bending.

AP22 = 4
AP28 = 4
AP36 = 4
AP45 = 4
AP54 = 4
AP68 = 4

2.5M Lengths

AP22 = No minimum quantity
AP28 = No minimum quantity

Issues On Arrival

If there are any issues with your order on arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours.

Returns

Faulty goods 
In the rare event of receiving a faulty item(s), you must inform us in writing immediately.  
We will request the return of the item(s) for inspection. If no fault is found, the item will be restocked and no replacement will be granted.

If an item(s) is found to be faulty, a replacement will be issued.
All returns must be sent in resalable condition; 100% complete, unused in original condition and packaging. If this seems not to be the case upon arrival then we reserve the right to refuse a replacement.
